Which colors are used for the dials of Cosmograph Daytona Watches?

Over the entire range, which colors are used for the dials of hand- wound Cosmograph watches?

From the Book Rolex Daytona Story

There are several color variations for the Cosmograph and Cosmograph Daytona dials.

The most frequently used are:

For steel models: main dial in brushed steel with black totalizers or opaque black with white totalizers.

For gold models: main dial beige or gold-colored with black subdials, or vice versa.

The Paul Newman dials are distinguished from standard dials by a minutes/ seconds scale in the same color as the subdials.

Few examples of Paul Newman dials with an opaque red base. There are also a very few Ref. 6264 models in steel, fitted with a Paul Newman dial with grained off-white base, black totalizers, gilded hour-markers and hands.
